由於社交媒體屬開放平台，香港撒瑪利亞會特別訂下相關指引，以保障所有使用者的權益，包括本機構的捐助者、支持者及員工。

Social media provides opportunities for The Samaritans of Hong Kong to share information, communicate and stay connected with our donors, supporters and groups or individuals who are interested in our organization.
As social media is an open platform, The Samaritans of Hong Kong has formulated relevant guidelines to protect the rights of all users, including our donors, supporters and staff.
